1. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particle impurities. The dirt on the surface of the solenoid valve components and the filter should be cleaned regularly.
2. When installing, the solenoid valve coil should be facing upwards and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or marking on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the direction of the pipeline flow and should not be installed in places where water splashes or leaks.
3. Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned thoroughly. It is recommended to install a filter before the valve and a steam trap for steam pipelines.
4. In the pipeline system, the diameter of the solenoid valve installed on the branch line should be smaller than that of the main pipeline valve.
5. Solenoid water valves should not be used in explosive hazard areas.
6. Do not install the valve in the low-lying part of the pipeline to prevent steam condensate, impurities, etc. from settling in the valve and hindering its operation.
7. In case of solenoid valve failure, a bypass device should be installed to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system.
8. When the rigidity of the pipeline system is insufficient, it is recommended to fix the pipeline before the valve with a bracket to prevent vibration caused by the operation of the solenoid valve.
9. Before installing the solenoid valve, carefully read the product label and the user manual.
