The sensor of the pressure-measuring element senses that the physical pressure signal of the viscous medium melt, fluid, etc. is converted into an electrical signal output (such as 2.0mV / V, etc.).

Structure

Adopt ultra-large diaphragm design, core body adopts highly sensitive material, diaphragm isolation process, integrated structure design; adopts medium and high temperature pressure-sensitive chip and heat pipe structure when measuring high temperature medium, which effectively solves the problem that the internal electronic device of the sensor cannot withstand high temperature And other disadvantages.

The test head of the flat membrane pressure sensor adopts the mode without pressure hole to ensure that there is no clogging of viscous medium during the measurement process and ensure that the pressure detection works normally.
