823100 823000 micro-pressure controller adopts a diaphragm sensor and is suitable for neutral gas and liquid media. The pressure setting value is adjustable, and the switching difference is not adjustable. Can be used for very low pressure control.

◇ Adjustment of setting values:
[Example 1]: The differential pressure controller with the order number 0823200 is selected, and the contact signal is required to be issued when the pressure rises to 1KPa (upper switching value). The specific steps are as follows:
1.1 Screw the high pressure inlet of the controller into the threaded interface of the calibration bench, and connect the low pressure inlet empty.
1.2 Solder the cable wires to the solder lugs of the micro switch, and connect the other end of the cable to a multimeter. Note: Do not use excessive force when welding, so as to avoid the position of the micro switch from moving.
