The Quick Opening And Closing Flange DQF Ball Valve overcomes the shortcomings of traditional valve opening and closing diaphragms and machine parts that are prone to damage. Working principle
When there is no external opening signal (relay signal), the DQF series electric ball valve remains fully closed under the action of the working power supply. At this time, the indicating plate is in the fully closed indicating position.
There is no electric indicating switch signal (relay signal) output. When the opening electrical signal is added, the internal small relay acts, and the main motor immediately rotates the small gear on its transmission shaft to rotate synchronously, driving the large gear, the main shaft and the stainless steel ball to rotate synchronously. After 2 seconds, the valve position is in the fully open position. Under the action of the position switch, the motor stops rotating and remains electrically locked. At the same time, the electrical signal indicates that the switch is touched. The switch signal output causes the indicator light in the control room to have a corresponding indication. At this time, the indicator panel is in the fully open indicating position. On the contrary, when the opening electrical signal disappears, the motor immediately reverses. After 2 seconds, the motor stops under the action of the reverse limit switch. At this time, the valve position is fully closed and remains fully closed.
