The AI, MI series multi-turn intelligent electric actuators are driven by three-phase servo motors, which reduce the speed of the worm and worm to drive the hollow output shaft to rotate and output torque. This reduction gear box has a manual / automatic switching mechanism. When the switching handle is in the manual position, the handwheel is operated to drive the hollow output shaft to rotate through the clutch. When the actuator is operated electrically, the manual / automatic switching mechanism will automatically fall back to the electric state, the clutch and worm gear mesh, and the hollow output shaft is driven by a three-phase motor. At the same time, a mechanical two-position torque sensor is installed on the motor-driven worm shaft. The stroke is transmitted to the position pulse sensor on the hollow output shaft via worm gear meshing.
The intelligent controller of the multi-turn intelligent electric actuator accepts standard analog current control signals or digital control signals, and compares it with the position signal of the valve position sensor to position the output shaft of the actuator corresponding to the input signal. In position, the positioning control is completed, and it can be positioned at the preset position of the control system according to the interlock control, two-wire control or event signal. Unless the torque value of the output shaft of the actuator is greater than the rated torque value during operation, The intelligent controller of the actuator will meet the requirements of the control system, issue correct instructions, trigger the three-phase solid-state relay or AC contactor, connect the motor to the three-phase power, and drive the actuator to operate normally.
7MIL, 11MIL, 14MIL, 16MIL straight-stroke intelligent adjustment type electric actuator.
The multi-turn intelligent electric actuator adopts a non-intrusive design, and the parameters and functions of the actuator can be set, modified or configured through a handheld remote control.
MIL intelligent straight-stroke electric actuator is based on the MI multi-turn intelligent electric actuator, which is combined with a trapezoidal nut screw, a flange bracket and a stroke adjustment mechanism. The multi-turn torque and speed are converted into linear motion stroke and out-axis thrust.
DFD-1000, DFD-2100, DFD-09, DFD-07 electric manipulator.
WF-S Position generation module.
Intelligent angular-stroke electric actuator is based on AI and MI multi-turn intelligent electric actuator, and is equipped with a two-stage worm gear reducer combination.
Before the installation of the actuator, according to the overall dimensions of the actuator, a suitable space for the pipeline should be selected, which is convenient for the installer to access and maintain. At the same time, pay attention to leaving space for the removal of removable parts during commissioning, repair and maintenance.
The actuator cannot be installed upside down. Refer to the model and weight of the actuator. If necessary, the actuator can be hoisted for vertical or horizontal installation.
Check the installation flange size of the actuator and whether the drive shaft sleeve matches the valve. Otherwise, remove the drive shaft sleeve from the base of the actuator, process it into a valve matching form, and reinstall it.
Multi-turn, straight-stroke, angular-stroke intelligent actuators are connected to the flange end dimensions of the installation in accordance with ISO5210 standards, if there are special requirements, you can contact our factory technical department or specify when ordering contracts.
