(1) Selection of measurement points
The selected measuring point should represent the true condition of the measured pressure. The measurement point should be selected in the straight pipe section, and the other party is far from the local resistance. The back pressure pipe should not extend into the measured object and should be flush with the process pipe. The inner diameter of the back pressure pipe is generally 6 ~ 10mm, and the length should not be greater than 50m, otherwise it will cause transmission delay. In order to prevent the pressure guiding tube from being blocked, the pressure taking point is generally selected on the horizontal pipeline. When measuring liquid pressure, the pressure point should be at the lower part of the pipeline, so that no gas will accumulate in the pressure tube; when measuring gas pressure, the pressure point should be at the upper part of the pipeline, so that liquid will accumulate inside the pressure tube; Or frozen, pipe insulation equipment must be installed.
When measuring steam pressure, a condenser or condenser should be installed to condense the steam measured in the impulse pipe. When the fluid to be measured is corrosive or easy to crystallize, an isolating fluid and an isolator should be used to avoid damaging the measuring elements of the pressure measuring instrument. The separating liquid should be selected from a liquid with a high boiling point, a low freezing point, and stable physical and chemical properties. The pressure gauge should be installed as far away from the heat source and vibration place as possible to avoid its influence. A shut-off valve should be installed near the pressure taking port for use when servicing the pressure gauge.
During use, it should be cleaned regularly to keep the pressure tube and pressure gauge clean.
