SF6 electrical contact type gas density relay is a modified pressure gauge with signal output. The SF6 gas density relay realizes the integration of mass and switching functions. The effect of temperature on the density of SF6 gas is balanced by a compensation system. SF6 gas density relay is specially designed for each device (sF6 gas purity, calibration pressure, switching point ...).
◇ Testing before use:
During transportation or storage, the sF6 gas density relay may become cold or hot. The hand moves when the temperature is not equal to the reference temperature (20 ° C). This phenomenon is normal because the temperature compensation system is working.
In order to determine whether the SF6 gas density relay is suitable for the surrounding temperature, it must be kept at a temperature of at least 2 hours at a temperature of 20 ± 2 ° C. Only then can the pointer indicate the allowable error range.
◇ Zero compensation area:
The sF6 gas density relay of this model has a zero compensation area. Under no pressure state, the pointer of the meter will swing in the zero compensation area because of the temperature rise or fall. For example, the 60 ℃ pointer indicates the lower edge of the zero compensation area below the zero position, so that the temperature compensation can be simply measured. Value, when the meter temperature decreases, the pointer will move to the positive value area of the zero compensation area.
◇ Alarm function points:
Magnetically assisted electric contact switch is also the auxiliary power switch. The opening of the entire power circuit is triggered when the internal pointer structure reaches a preset limit value.
Technical specifications commonly used in general instruments are also used here (such as: En837-2). The force used in the rotary installation is not allowed to directly apply to the case or the junction box, but to the wrench surface through a suitable tool.
The wiring must be operated by professionally trained personnel. The wiring distribution and switching functions are given on the meter type plate, and the terminal and grounding posts are indicated. It is stipulated that the power supply wire must take into account the maximum current demand of the meter and conform to the IEC227 or IEC245 standard.
◇ Use and maintenance:
The density relay should be installed vertically. The density relay used outdoors should avoid direct sunlight on the instrument. It is best to install a protective cover on the instrument. The installation position of the density relay should be able to reflect the temperature of the gas in the equipment more realistically. Clean the meter with a cloth moistened with soap and water. When cleaning the junction box or plug, first disconnect the power supply and ensure that all parts are not wet before turning on the power.
