Description
WTYK-11B pressure type temperature controller uses temperature-packed sensor. Can be used to cool liquid media such as water or oil.
◇ Single pole double throw micro switch action process:
Terminal 1-3: Turn on when the temperature rises to the upper switching value.
Terminal 2-3: disconnect when the temperature rises to the upper switching value.
◇ Main technical performance:

The general specifications of the controller adopt AK1-1 type micro switch, and the rated load of the contact is DC 27V 15A.
The 78 ℃ specification of the controller adopts WKI-6 type micro switch, and the rated load of the contact is DC 27V 10A.
It has been proved by tests that the on-off capacity of AK1-1 and WK1-6 micro-switches can be reached: when the branch voltage is 110 volts, (1) the inductive load (time constant is 100 ms) and the on-current is 0.5 A , Breaking current is 0.5 amps. (2) Resistive load: On-current is 12.5 A, breaking current is 1 A.

◇ Installation:
● The controller can use its threaded part to directly screw into the pipeline of the controlled medium. Attention must be paid to the seal at the installation port. The temperature-sensing package must be completely immersed in the controlled medium.
● The circuit wiring can be through a small plug socket, and the wiring to the switch is shown in the right figure.
